Massage Chairs – More Than Just Providing Comfort and Relaxation

Alot of consumers tend to think that massage chairs are not really all important(p) because they are just something that will make you relax and that’s it.  For a gadget to cost thousands of dollars to do just that does seem to be too much. But what these skeptics fail to realize is, a massage chair is not just a piece of “relaxation” furniture. If you use it regularly, at least 15 minutes each day, it can give the following health benefits as well. The stress it takes out makes you less prone to diseases and health problems such as difficulty in beating, erratic heartbeat, dry mouth, constant episodes of headaches and body pain. All of which are serious conditions that increases your risk of harboring heart and other cardiopulmonary diseases.

  1. The kneading, tapping and compression actions available in most chairs increase the circulation of blood in your muscles and lymph nodes. By letting the chair massage your muscles in a variety of ways you will find you have more energy and will accomplish much more during your days.
  2.  Deep tissue massage clears out the toxins in your body, thus your skin will look fresh and more clear. 
  3. Got arthritis? If you do, massage chairs will also help you lessen the crystallization in between your joints that effect to swelling and of course pain that you experience.
  4. Having massage move along your spine helps with your breathing which makes for a much better nights sleep

-          Massage chairs with at least three of the following actions: kneading, compression, tapping/ drumming and rolling

-          Adjustable head and foot rest that allows the user to fit into the unit regardless of their size

-           Remote controls or LCD screens mounted on or near the armrest for ease of use and

-          Additional massages that target your other body parts such as calves, shoulders and your lower body

on the far side that, you can also opt to have several features such as reinforced in speakers, voice activated commands, adjustable massage mechanisms and increased comfort from airbags but of course you have to anticipate that more features also often mean more expensive prices as well.
