Natural Essential Oil Research Findings
A report from a UK hospital has shown some positive results of essential oils helping to reduce snoring, the effects of snoring, and significant improvements to better night’s sleep for bed partners (source dcscience.net). The research involved recruiting suitable individuals via a Snoring Clinic and formulating the outcome of their use of three ‘Help Stop Snoring’ products. Ninety eight men and women gave their results (either positive or not on a zero to ten scale ), over a 14 day period of the use of a spray (with elements of pure essential oils), a gargle mixture (containing drops of beneficial essential oils ) and a placebo (gargle).
Essential Oil Results
The stringent test outcomes, by way of a double blind trial concluded that the following percentage of patients recorded a decline in snoring of their bed partners:
